Diana’s career began in chemical engineering where she studied material science, then moved on to software engineering, and then Diana began a mentoring program for children in poverty and this is where her idea for ActivArmor was born. Diana developed a 3D printing technique for exoskeletons using waterproof, hygienic, and breathable plastic. ActivArmour gives patients the flexibility to swim, sweat, and bathe during treatment, and it gives physicians multiple design and fit options customized specifically to the body contours of each patient to meet their unique needs.
