Before Provista, Austen did analytics with Novation then moved to the contracting side of Vizient. In his current role, Austen manages a group of Channel Partners enabling them to drive more value to the members. The most challenging part of Austen’s role is the complexity of the healthcare industry, but he enjoys working with the Channel Partners and helping them navigate industry changes quickly.
